Our Mission at Grace by Faith & Co. is to offer hope and encouragement. 

Our website is dedicated to guiding women and helping them build their relationship with Jesus. We pray that through our study selection, you will allow the Holy Spirit to restore and renew your mind and heart on the ONE who offers complete hope, joy, and peace—JESUS, our everlasting Savior.

My name is Sandy, and this is my story of faith, hope, and healing. I was born and raised in a small town in the North Georgia mountains. I was brought up in church and attended regularly, but I had some doubts and questions about my faith. As I grew up, I married at 20 to a minister and was blessed with four amazing sons I adore. After 23 years of marriage, I left. I was deeply wounded in that marriage. I had scars on my heart, and I prayed for God to help me. Fast forward a couple of years later, I met and married my best friend and the love of my life. Life was great, and I could not have been happier, but I still had reservations about my relationship with Jesus. About a year later, my daddy passed away after battling Dementia. My world, in my mind, came to an end. I was devastated. As time went on, I became depressed, irritable, and angry about my past and the pain I had faced. I was withdrawing from all the people I loved. I could not stand myself and the person I had become. A week later, my son came to visit me. He was grounded in the word of God, and he knew I was suffering spiritually. He spoke to me about forgiveness and the freedom it brings when you fully choose to let go. That evening, in my bed, I prayed and asked God to help me forgive the people who had wounded my heart and for Him to restore my joy. I wanted to serve Him. I began to pray for them. I got into the Word and stayed faithful in my studies.

My life began to change. Forgiveness is a powerful thing. When you fully forgive with your heart and put your faith and trust in the Savior, your broken wounds are mended, your joy is restored, and you become free! Five months later, we found out that my special needs nephew, Jake, was diagnosed with cancer. My sister called me one evening as I was leaving Dollar General. She was broken and in tears. She asked me to pray for him. We were unsure if he was going to make it. After our call ended, I got into my car, immediately prayed, and called out to God. Let me tell you that the Holy Spirit showed up in that car with me and completely covered me with His presence! It was nothing like I have ever experienced. Everything I have ever doubted and questioned, the burdens, the wounds, were released, GONE! It was all put to rest that night. His peace and faithfulness consumed me in that car! My life has been forever changed because God met me right where I was, at a Dollar General parking lot!

I knew our Jake was going to be just fine. Now, I focus on the things that are lovely and pure. My joy is full, my Savior is faithful, and I always have something to smile about. Through much prayer, the Lord led me to create something focused on women who strive and hunger for a closer and deeper walk with God but also to offer hope and spiritual motivation. That creation became my website, Grace By Faith & Co. I pray that you can take a piece of my story and be encouraged to know that there is hope even when you think all hope is gone. Jesus is our hope.
